Since we decided to go with the convertible house look, it has pretty much rained non-stop in London. We're not talking biblical yet - but I think we're getting there.
Needless to say, it's not the best environment to be doing roofing outdoors. But luckily there were other things to work on .. such as undoing all my hard work on the loft flooring (you can read about that here).

At least it's still insulated for the time being .. But, if you can believe it they are forecasting another Beast from the East Part II to come through the UK .. A once in a decade cold snap, at the very moment when we are taking out the roof and insulation - fantastic timing!
And all the boards now nicely stacked up outside. It took me countless weekends to install those boards lifting a few hundred kilograms of wood up the loft ladder and all taken out in an afternoon. Oh well, on to much better things now.
