Care and I just picked up this Victorian fixer-upper in Surbiton. We get the key's this Friday and are definitely big on plans (and short on cash).
What does it require? Better to look at what it doesn't require. But that's part of the fun (or at least we hope)
Anyway, thought that starting a blog would be a good way of sharing our project with friends and family. Stay tuned ...
